Business Traveler
Terrible customer service at front desk. Unqualified trainee staff dealing with customers expecting a 5 star service level. I was at the counter with the check reception for 45 minutes because the trainee did not know how to use the hotel systems. ...read more

Business Traveler
Extremely convenient for those with business on Capital Hill or K Street. Very comfortable and well appointed. Exceptional value at the price I got from Priceline. Would absolutely choose it again!

Traveling as Couple
I would recommend this hotel. Very clean and slightly upscale with luxurious bedding, bath robes, mini bar great views. However, I reserved the room for my boyfriend and me and requested a king bed. When we checked in they said they only had a room with 2 doubles which was disappointing. Also, they mattresses are way to soft and need to replaced. This is a well appointed hotel, with a great location around the corner from the White House and convenient to the National mall and surrounding facilities. While the rooms are a little small, they are clean, comfortable and have all the modern conveniences. This luxurious hotel provided a perfect get-a-way for my friend and I to sight see at a very affordable Priceline price. Great service, comfortable bed, very clean. Loved it.

The hotel was nice enough. The lobby was very open and airy. It was well located for the business traveler and for tourist looking to be close to the monuments right around the corner, and the museums, and the marathon which is why we went But the rooms felt a bit dark and small for me compared to other 4-star hotels. ...read more
